How can Graduate, Under Graduate and Freshers can start HR Intern Job?



We enrolled Graduate, Post Graduate, MBA -HR freshers for Certified Human Resource Trainee Program and train them in real/live environment on our existing projects according to our nature of business. It is theoretical and  on-job training(on-job-training) and  certificate will also be provided.

During the on-job-training period trainees will be paid stipend and after six months, based upon their performance, understanding &knowledge about the business/domain, they will be moved to pay-rolls of company and will start getting salary (if qualify). You can earn minimum 15,000 pm after six month of your joining. You should at least give a minimum period of 3-4 months to grow.
Initially, you will be a dedicated support to i4best HR Team where you will learn the end to end process of the recruitment cycle including sourcing and screening candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, maintaining our bespoke recruitment database and attending client visits.

The Trainee will be groomed to assist in development and implementation of our recruiting strategies and processes, while working closely with our management team. If you are someone who works hard, exceptionally dedicated, upbeat and enjoys helping and working with great people, a passion for working in a driven, targeted environment as well as being confident on the telephone is essential for this role.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TRAINEE POSITION

Primary Responsibilities:


1. Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)

2. Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.

3. Work with Sourcing Analyst to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.

4. Educate client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process

5. With use of innovative recruiting tools, review and select candidates to move forward from the slate presented by sourcing efforts, determine and instruct next course of action.
6. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1.    Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.
2. Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of Enterprise applicant tracking system.
3. Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director of Recruiting.
4. Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Recruiting and Hiring Manager as required.
5. Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.

Qualifications Required:

2. Must be available to work a flexible work schedule (occasional and weekends may be required).
3. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating business, client and candidate needs.
5. Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues
6. Strong problem solving ability
7. Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
8. PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology.
9. Ability to accurately and articulately document information.


DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.

Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.

Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.

Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.

Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards.

Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of or ability to understand technical terminology and concepts.

Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills a MUST.

PC literate in Windows / Linux environment including MS Office and the internet.

Self confidence combined with openness to learning and applying new skills and concepts.

Support- Back up support and training to make you understand the entire process & concept for recruitment solutions for emerging sectors.
